Pre-feasibility Study of Auto Training Centre – Butwal

This document has been submitted to Butwal SMC.

Auto Village is a hub for selling automobile spare parts and components and providing vehicle repair and maintenance services. There are various auto-mechanical businesses currently running in the area. In the south of the Auto Village area, almost 1.3 ha of open space was initially planned to be developed as a commercial space with EV charging stations. Later, the market survey conducted by the NURP in collaboration with the BSMC in that area helped identify the actual development needs. The survey concluded that the majority of the stakeholders identified the actual development of needs as the establishment of the auto mechanical training and vocational education center in the open space. A pre-feasibility study followed by aligning the design needs of the communities.
